1. Heavy-duty angled bearing housing and precision adjustment:

The wheel set uses a heavy-duty, enlarged angled (or square) bearing housing to accommodate larger spherical roller bearings.

Equipped with a more precise horizontal deflection adjustment shim set and vertical adjustment device to ensure that the parallelism, verticality and horizontal deflection of all wheels (especially in multi-wheel trolley systems) are controlled within an extremely strict range, which is the key to ensuring smooth operation, low wear and no rail gnawing.

2. Enhanced safety protection device:

Larger capacity buffer: Heavy-duty hydraulic buffers or ultra-large capacity polyurethane buffers are installed at both ends of the end beam to absorb the huge kinetic energy when the 63-ton crane runs at high speed to the end of the track.

Redundant travel limit: Usually equipped with two-level (working limit + emergency limit) or even three-level trolley travel limit switches.

3. Ultra-high precision manufacturing and installation:

The centering of the wheel group of the multi-wheeled balancing trolley and the horizontal adjustment of the trolley frame are the key difficulties in installation and commissioning, which require professional tools and rich experience to ensure that all wheels are evenly loaded and run synchronously.

4. Modularity and maintainability:

Although the structure is more complex (especially with a balancing trolley), the design still strives for modularity: the drive unit, a single balancing trolley, the wheel group, etc. can be replaced as a module as a whole to reduce downtime.
